Room only:
June: €65.00 (minimum stay 3 nights).
July: €85.00 (minimum stay 5 nights).
August: €95.00 (minimum stay 6 nights) from the 1st to the 23rd; €85.00 (minimum stay 5 nights) from the 24th to the 31st.
September: €65.00 (minimum stay 3 nights) from the 1st to the 19th.
Bed and breakfast:
June: €75.00 (minimum stay 3 nights).
July: €95.00 (minimum stay 5 nights).
August: €105.00 (minimum stay 6 nights) from the 1st to the 23rd; €95.00 (minimum stay 5 nights) from the 24th to the 31st.
September: €75.00 (minimum stay 3 nights) from the 1st to the 19th.
Half board:
June: €93.00 (minimum stay 3 nights).
July: €113.00 (minimum stay 5 nights).
August: €123.00 (minimum stay 6 nights) from the 1st to the 23rd; €113.00 (minimum stay 5 nights) from the 24th to the 31st.
September: €93.00 (minimum stay 3 nights) from the 1st to the 19th.
Full board:
June: €111.00 (minimum stay 3 nights).
July: €131.00 (minimum stay 5 nights).
August: €141.00 (minimum stay 6 nights) from the 1st to the 23rd; €131.00 (minimum stay 5 nights) from the 24th to the 31st.
September: €111.00 (minimum stay 3 nights) from the 1st to the 19th.
For stays of 7 nights or more, you'll be entitled to a choice of free admission to the water park or a free one-day cruise in the Caorle lagoon.
The price includes: one parking space, all linens, daily cleaning with change of dirty towels, use of bicycles, Wi-Fi, use of the swimming pools, one beach spot, two hours of baby club in the morning from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm and two hours in the afternoon from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm, access to our hypermarket, and delivery from our restaurant-pizzeria.
Prices are per person per day, excluding taxes.
Formula Hotel
In our facility, if you wish, you can take advantage of the hotel formula, that is, apartment + hotel service which includes daily cleaning of the apartment excluding the kitchenette, daily towel change, and an optional continental breakfast service.

Pools: One Olympic-size for swimming and one heated for children.
Sports: 3 tennis courts (2 covered and air-conditioned), gym (for a fee), and free bicycles.
Private Beach: With bar, play area, and free Baby Club (2 hours morning / 2 hours afternoon). Beach service available for a fee.
🍽️ Food & Grocery
In-house hypermarket: Open daily (8:00 am - 8:30 pm).
Restaurant & Pizzeria: With free delivery service to your accommodation until 11:00 pm.
Flexible plans: Breakfast and meals available for a fee. Free barbecue area.
🛏️ "Zero Pensieri" Apartments
Accommodation: Spacious, with an equipped kitchenette and private Wi-Fi (dedicated router).
Services included: Daily cleaning, daily towel change, and complete linens.

Parking: Private, uncovered, and available on-site.
Pet-Friendly: Pets are welcome (€12.00 per day).
